my first post

Yes, I am entering what so many have entered before me...my first blog post. I have been thinking about this for a long while, but worried that I wouldn't be witty enough, smart enough, or reflective enough to have my own blog. But here I am, writing what I hope to be the first of many future posts.

My vision for this blog will surely evolve over time, but I would like this to be a place to share and reflect on things that bring joy to my life and others around me. I can't say that I will stick to one theme, or focus. Rather, my vision includes musings to highlight the joy around me. Themes will most likely include work related posts about leadership and learning, sport related posts about cycling, skiing and triathlon, posts about sustainable eating and of course....my whippets!
